Don is the principal broker for Century 21 Castelli and is also the owner. The company is family owned and has been established since 1975 with 2nd and 3rd generation realtors. Active in real estate sales full time since 1975, he studied to obtain his broker's license in 1986 and assumed associate broker duties in 1993 for the Century 21 Castelli office. Besides being an active broker for his clients and providing them with personal quality service and sales progress reports, Don's responsibilities include sharing his in-depth knowledge of real estate practices and procedures with his sales associates, monitoring current real estate market values and recognizing industry trends. During all of this Don has been a top sales agent and has repeatedly earned the prestigious CENTURY21 CENTURION Award (highest designation) and his office has repeatedly earned the CENTURY21 CENTURION, QUALITY SERVICE & GOLD MEDALLION Award.
